3-story Romanesque-revival residential building originally completed in 1886 as two separate townhouses. Designed by William B. Tuthill, they were combined into an apartment building in 1926. The red brick facades still retains two entrances, of which the far left one is slightly below grade. The smooth brick surface of the building is contrasted by the rough-hewn stone lintels of the 1st and 2nd floors, by the terra-cotta ornamental panels between the 2nd and 3rd floors and by the cornice and paneled fascia board beneath it. The 3rd floor windows have radial arches, .emphasized by an outer brick molding.

Alterations were made in 2024 by Hernandez-Eli Architecture.
