6-story residential building completed in 1939. Designed by Charles Kreymborg for the Archbishop of New York, it is clad in brown brick, and relies for interest on banded brickwork at the ground floor. It is crowned by a tall parapet, and has a chamfered corner pierced by bay windows. One of the center bays on the Greenwich Avenue side is angled back as a notch. There are brown metal fire escapes on the north, east and south elevations. The ground floor is occupied by Craft Atlantic sportswear, Time Pieces watch repair, and Tibetan Handcrafts.
