6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1903. Designed by George F. Pelham, it has a projecting rounded corner with bay windows. The building is clad in buff-colored brick, with quoins at the corners, and rustication at the 2nd and 6th floors. Carved stone panels decorate the spaces between the windows and floors on the rounded corner section. The building is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Benny's Burritos.
