6-story residential building completed in 1902. Designed by Sass & Smallheiser, it is clad in orange brick, with ground-level storefronts. With its prominent, rounded corner bay window and classical decoration, it is very similar in design to Nos. 111-113 Greenwich Avenue, two blocks to the north, corner of Greenwich Avenue and Jane Street, designed by George F. Pelham, and erected a year later. The ground floor is occupied by Melibea restaurant, and Barraca restaurant.
