4-story Italianate residential building originally completed in 1857 as a 3-story townhouse. Around 1900, a fourth studio floor was built above the roof cornice. The facade is clad in red brick above a rusticated brownstone basement. The high stoop leads to a paneled door with glazed transom, set within a segmental-arched entryway with a straight cornice.
