A row of five 5-story Italianate residential buildings completed together in 1861. They all have frontages two windows wide, except for the corner building at 14 Bank, which is three windows wide, and extends further back as well. The front facades are clad in ashlar brownstone; at No. 14 corner stones (quoins) are used to make the transition from stone to the brick cladding of the side wall.

The five separate entrances to the houses, at street level, have had their original frames stuccoed-over to form rectilinear entranceways. The windows are all segmental-arched, and their sills are supported on small corbels at the ends. Except for No. 6, the 5th floor of each building has triple casement windows that were added in the early 1900s. The rooflines are capped by bracketed cornices.
