3-story Italianate residential building completed in 1860 as a townhouse for Jacob Huyler. It is clad in red brick above a brownstone basement, and has segmental-arched windows and doorway, but the lintels have had their cornices removed and been smoooth-stuccoed. The roof cornice has a series of single brackets separated by diamond-shaped panels. The building was renovated in 1996.
