3-story residential building completed in 1851 as a townhouse. Clad in red brick above a brownstone basement, it is very similar to its neighbors to the east except that it is somewhat higher. However, its first story windowsills have been raised, and the roof cornice is carried on mid-century brackets. The original stoop is in place but has elegant handrails belonging to an 1878 alteration.
