3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1848. It is clad in red brick above a brownstone basement, with a high stoop. The drawing room has long casement windows with fixed transoms above. The lintels of the windows have tiny "ears" indicating the former existence of delicate stone cornices, before the lintels were shaved flush with the wall. The front doorway has a corniced lintel and plain brick jambs. The inner doorway has sidelights with a transom above.
