6-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1898. Designed by George F. Pelham in a dumbbell plan. The ground floor has an arched central entrance with columns, leading to the apartments above, with stores on either side. The upper floors are clad in yellow-beige brick, with stone and terra-cotta ornament, such as the arched windows with corbeled sills at the fifth floor and the foliate band course below the third floor windowsills. The roof has a prominent modillioned cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Geminola boutique, and Tom Binns Bargains jewelry.
