7-story residential building completed in 1961. Designed by Abraham Chintz, it has quite low ceiling heights. The facade is clad in brownish-red brick, with brick wall segments in front enclosing planting boxes. There are four bays of triple-windows, fronted by metal balconies above the 2nd floor. The main entrance is in the second bay from the east, down two steps from the sidewalk, with an aluminum-framed glass door and sidelights slightly recessed below a metal canopy. At the right side of the entry is a corner pier on the ground floor with a mosaic of blue and white tiles in a wavy striped pattern. Through-wall air-conditioning units are placed below each bay of windows. The building contains 55 apartment units.
