6-story office/school building completed in 1895 as a 3-story apartment building. In 1940, it was acquired by the furniture manufacturer, W. & J. Sloane, and converted to commercial use, with a 3-story recessed extension on top. The front facade is smooth-stuccoed and painted brown at the lower portion, spanning two bays of 4-pane-wide windows in red metal framing, with an odd stepped parapet above, surmounted by a shallow sloped skylight. At the ground floor the two main bays are narrower, and there is a doorway at each end. The top three floors are set back and clad in brown brick.

Today, the building houses the Integral Yoga Institute, founded in the 1970s by Swami Satchidananda, a guru invited to the U.S. by artist Peter Max. The ground floor is also occupied by The Integral Yoga Natural Foods store.
