5-story residential building completed in 1884. Designed by F.W. Klent, it is clad in red-painted brick and has horizontal stone band courses at sill level which extend the width of the building. The four bays of stone window sills have brick corbels beneath them and the stone lintels, carried on corbel blocks, have cornices. The ground floor has a small storefront on either side of the central main entrance, which has a simple metal-framed glass door and transom.

A red metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays. The elaborate roof cornice with curved brackets and intermediate dentils is set above a series of beveled panels. The ground floor is occupied by Ten Thousand Things jewelry & ceramics, and Enfleurage aromatherapy supply store.
