2-story residential building originally completed in about 1850 as a stable. In 1918 it was altered from stable and garage into a residence by Charles W. Buckham, architect, for the lessee, Richard Washborne Child. It retains its original brick facade, with a dentiled cornice supporting a slate roof. A large triple window replaces the stable door, and the entrance at the right was formerly for the coachman.
