7-story Renaissance-revival/Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1900. Designed by William Dilthey as a factory and commercial building. It features a carved limestone front that extends to the second story. The stonework incorporates pilasters with unfluted shafts and Italian Renaissance capitals, which are capped with vases. The seventh story possesses fluted pilasters treated in the same style.

It was converted to condominiums around 2000. The ground floor is occupied by Rosewood Furniture.
