4-story residential building originally completed in 1847 as a townhouse. The facade was changed to a commercial one in 1886, and was stuccoed over in an early-20th century commercial style designed by Lorenz Weiher, Jr. in 1919. The facade is configured with four windows in a band at each floor, with brown metal mullions. The modillioned roof cornice survives from an early alteration.
