11-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1897. Designed by Louis Korn as a store-and-loft building, it is three bays wide with brick, limestone and terra-cotta facing. The 3-story base is limestone with a broad storefront cornice, bracketed cast-iron columns on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and stone pedestals at the 3rd floor. The 4th-7th floors have angled, projecting bays with multi-story columns, paneled spandrels, and banded piers with Ionic capitals. The upper floor fenestration is set in a 3-story arcade springing from decorative brick piers and separated by paneled spandrels. The 11th story has paneled piers with molded caps separating the bays. The roof cornice has been removed and replaced with a cement stucco parapet.

In 1910, the building was occupied by various clothing manufactures on the upper floors and tailors on the first floor. The roof cornice was removed sometime in the mid-century. By the late 1900s, the building had been converted to joint living/working spaces.
