5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1873. Designed by D. & J. Jardine as a store, it is three bays wide, with a dark brown brick and cast-iron facade. The piers are rusticated on the upper floors, with Corinthian columns supporting flat lintels and projecting crown moldings with end brackets. The segmental-arched windows feature molded architraves and scrolled keystones. A green wrought-iron fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is crowned by an iron roof cornice with scrolled and foliate brackets, a paneled frieze, and a segmental gable. The ground floor is occupied by Foot Locker.
