8-story Commercial Romanesque residential building completed in 1893. Designed by Alfred Zucker as a warehouse, it has a 4-bay granite, brick, terra-cotta and cast-iron facade. The 2-story base features rough grey granite piers with foliate caps and cast-iron columns, topped by a bracketed cornice. The upper floors feature a white cast-iron and glass curtain wall, framed by brown brick end piers, with ornate foliate spandrels. There is a dentiled cornice over the 7th floor, and a paneled aluminum and stucco parapet at the roof line.

By the early 20th century the upper floors were occupied by manufacturing lofts. The building was converted to apartments around 1980. The ground floor is occupied by American Apparel.
