5-story neo-Grec residential building completed in 1879, renovated in 2006. Designed by Frederick H. Gross as a tenement, it is clad in red brick. The front facade facing West Broadway is a brighter shade than the north side, 3 bays wide, and with segmental-arched cornices over the windows. The roof line of this facade is crowned by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The north-facing elevation has two windows per floor at the east end, and a large advertisement over the west end of the wall. The ground floor is occupied by Dos Caminos restaurant, and has an outdoor seating area on the neighboring lot.
