6-story residential building completed in 1889. Designed by John H. Whitenach as a store, it is clad in tan brick, and divided into a four bays on either side of a single center bay. The piers at the ground floor have rough stone banding. There are dentiled band courses across the tops of the 3rd & 6th floors, and flat stone sills and lintels on the windows. In the center bay there are corbelled brick panels in the spandrels between the 2nd & 3rd, and 4th & 5th floors. The windows still have hinges from the original exterior shutters. At the roof line is a corbelled brick parapet with a central triangular pediment. Below the pediment is a circular panel topping the center bay. The ground floor is occupied by Martin-Lawrence Galleries, Authentic Pre-Owned vintage store, and Soho Wine & Spirits.
