6-story Neo-classical residential building completed in 1897. Designed by Richard Berger as a stores and warehouse building, consisting of a narrow 4-bay frontage on West Broadway and a much wider facade on Wooster Street. Both are clad in cream-colored brick and stone, with cast-iron infill. The top-floor windows are round-arched, and a black metal fire escape runs down each facade. Both elevations are crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice with paired brackets and a small triangular pediment above each pier. The ground floor is occupied by Birchbox cosmetics and salon on West Broadway, and Barbara Bui apparel and Piperlime women's apparel on Wooster Street.
