5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1872. Designed by Robert Mook as a store and storehouse, it is painted white. There are four bays of windows on each side of the facade, but the northernmost has been bricked-in. A modillioned and paneled roof cornice caps the building, which shares a white-painted fire escape with 431 West Broadway. The ground floor is occupied by Scavolini kitchen showroom.
