6-story residential building completed in 1868 as a 5-story factory for drying and moistening tobacco. Designed by John B. Snook for the Lorillard tobacco company, the building extends through the block to 69 Wooster Street. The 6th floor was added in 1905 when the Wooster Street facade was replaced.

On the West Broadway side it is clad in white-painted brick above a black cast-iron storefront. There is a cast sculpture of a woman's head above the freight entrance. There are eight bays of windows on the upper floors, which have black stone sills and lintels. Hinges for the now-removed exterior fireproof shutters still remain. The facade is crowned by a black bracketed roof cornice with modillions and dentils.

On Wooster, the building has a black metal and stone ground floor, with off-white glazed brick above. The facade is divided into two wide bays of five windows each, with black metal frames and mullions. There are brick panels or corbelling in the spandrels between floors. The windows at the top floor are set under two segmental-arches, and three stone cartouches top the piers. The roof line has a simple brick parapet. The ground floor is occupied by OK Cigars.
