2.5-story mercantile building completed in about 1830 as a house. In the 1930s, it was converted into a garage, and again converted to commercial use in the late 1900s, first housing a popular hangout called Via dei Mille, and currently occupied by Taras Bulba Ukrainian restaurant. It is clad in red brick, with a dentiled roof cornice, above which are two peaked dormers.
