7-story residential building completed in 1895. The outer piers are tan brick, with white stone bands on the lower two floors, and rustications on the upper floors. The bottom two floors have cast-iron spandrels and pilasters (black on the ground floor, white on the 2nd), with brick and terra-cotta spandrels between the upper floors. White-painted cast-iron pilasters separate the four windows on the upper floors, except for the top floor, which has round-arched windows. A stone cornice also separates the top floor from the rest. An iron fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the center of the facade.
