6-story residential building completed in 1901. Designed by Small & Schumann as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red brick, with banded piers on the ground floor, each topped by a terra-cotta cartouche. The ground floor is capped by a stone cornice. Above, there are brick quoins at the corners of the upper floors. The windows have splayed stone lintels with scrolled keystones. A black metal fire escape runs down the West Broadway facade, and breaks the modillioned and dentiled roof cornice that wraps around both facades. The ground floor is occupied by a Sunglass Hut and Herve Leger by Max Azria boutique.
