6-story residential building completed in 1888, renovated in 2006. Designed by Robert Mook as a store and warehouse, one 3-bay wing of the building extends to 411 West Broadway (the main facade is six bays wide). Both facades have the same design, with grey-painted ornamented cast-iron ground floors, and red brick above. Thick stone bands connect the lintels of each floor's windows, and thinner stone bands connect the sills. An intricate corbelled brick cornice tops both facades. On the West Broadway side, a large water tower on the roof is visible from the street. The ground floor on Spring Street is occupied by Comptoir des Cotonniers boutique, and Atelier Minyon jewelry. The Bar Method fitness studio is on the second floor. The ground floor at West Broadway is occupied by Stuart Moore jewelry.
