Snook as a store-and-loft building, it has a grey-painted ornamented cast-iron ground floor, with dark red brick above, four bays wide. An iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which has the same style of corbelled brick cornice as next door at 155 Spring. The ground floor is occupied by Theory clothing, with E. Buk Antiques on the second floor.
