8-story residential building completed in 1898. Designed by George F. Pelham as a commercial loft building, it is clad in cream-colored stone, brick and terra-cotta. Stone piers frame the first two floors, with ornate terra-cotta panels above the ground floor windows and entrance. Above a cornice, the 3rd & 4th floors have stone bands across the brick, and panels with carved swag in the spandrels between the floors. Another cornice sets off the upper floors, which are slightly narrower. , with square pilasters projecting at a 45-degree angle and framing the 6th & 7th floors. Carved heads form the bases of the pilasters. The building has a simple roof parapet at the top, and a black metal fire escape running down the center. The ground floor is occupied by LF Store apparel.
