 apartment building, 1909_construction

4-story mercantile building completed in 1909. Designed by Otto Spannhake as a lofts and manufacturing building, although the underlying structure may date from the 1820s. It has a light-grey cast-iron facade (black at the ground floor), with projecting bay windows on the 2nd-4th floors. Panels with swag decorate the spaces below the windows, and the building is crowned by a projecting black metal cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Sandro boutique, and the second floor by Laser Touch skin center.
