7-story residential building completed in 1896. Designed by Cleverdon & Putzel as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in white brick and stone. The main entrance on Spring Street is set beneath a stone arch with squat double columns and carved ornament. The 2nd floor has horizontal stone banding on the brick piers, above the rough stone banding of the ground floor, and thick Doric columns separating the three bays of double windows. On the Wooster Street elevation, there is six bays of paired windows at each floor. The 3rd floor and above on Spring Street have three windows in each bay, divided by thin brown cast-iron pilasters.

Stone cornices cap the 2nd, 3rd & 6th floors. Each bay ends in a round arch at the top floor, with a prominently-projecting dentiled roof cornice above. A metal fire escape runs down the center bay of the Spring Street side. The ground floor is occupied by Chanel.
