5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1879. Designed by Robert Mook as a store, it is composed of light-grey cast-iron and stone, with the center bay slightly narrower than the other two. There are cornices between each floor, with modillions above the 1st floor and dentils above the 2nd. A white metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor has Corinthian capitals, and the eastern bay has been filled in. The ground floor is occupied by Dash boutique, owned by Kim and Kourtney Kardashian.
