7-story residential building completed in 1900. Designed by A. Rothermel as a commercial loft building, it has a white cast-iron ground floor, with brown brick above. The end piers are rusticated, and end in Corinthian capitals at the top of the 6th floor. There are thin cast-iron pilasters between the three bays of windows, and the top floors windows are set under a single large round-arch with a cartouche at the center. The building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Stuart Weitzman boutique.
