7-story residential building completed in 1895. Designed by Louis Korn as a salesrooms building, its limestone facade features wonderfully intricate carved detailing, and cast-iron pilasters between the windows. The outer piers on the 2-story base are banded with rough stone. At the 2nd floor, the windows are divided into four bays by grey cast-iron mullions. The spandrels spanning the base are ornamented with floral and foliate designs, and a dentiled cornice caps the base section.

The 3rd-5th floors have beige brick outer piers, with grey-painted cast-iron columns dividing the window bays, and carved garlands decorating the spandrels. The 5th & 7th floor windows are round-arched, with keystones. Above the 5th floor is a band course with a pattern of alternating circles and vertical lines. The building is crowned by a projectingm, black, modillioned roof cornice with carved fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by Maje boutique.
