7-story residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Franklin Baylies as a 6-story warehouse, the 7th floor was added above the roof cornice in 1908; it is faced in brick with no decoration. The longer West Broadway facade has four center bays of single windows, and slightly projecting end bays with double-windows; the Prince Street facade has two triple-bays. The original floors are clad in white-painted brick and stone. A white metal fire escape runs down the center of this elevation, with another on the north end of the West Broadway elevation. The original roof cornice still exists, with modillions and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Coach, and Thompson Alchemists.
