6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1894. Designed by Henry M. Congdon as a warehouse, and built as an extension to 140 Prince Street. The design in red brick is similar, but with the round-arched windows on the 4th floor, and two extra floors in place of the mansard, among other small changes. The top two floors have narrower windows in five bays, as opposed to three on the lower floors. A black metal roof cornice caps the facade, and a grey metal fire escape over the western bay is shared with the closest bay of the adjoining building. The ground floor is occupied by French Connection boutique.
