6-story residential building completed in 1893. Designed by Buchman & Deisler, it is clad in brown brick above a storefront of beige-painted brick and cast-iron. The Prince Street elevation has three bays, while the longer Wooster facade is organized into a middle section of five bays, with 3-bay end sections. The 2nd and top floor have round-arched windows, and there is a cornice above the 2nd floor. All the windows have red-painted frames. The building is crowned by a dark-red modillioned and dentiled roof cornice, and has a dark-red metal fire escape on the Wooster Street side. The ground floor is occupied by Camper Spanish shoes.
