6-story residential building completed in 1892. Designed by Albert Wagner as a store, it has rough stone piers at the ground floor, with tan brick piers and stone banding above. The top three floors have round-arched windows, with two large arches on the 4th floor, and four smaller individual arches on the floors above. A metal fire escape covers most of the facade, which is topped by a green copper roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Sabon beauty boutique.
