4-story residential building completed in 1877. Designed by John G. Prague as a tenement, it has a white cast-iron storefront topped by a dentiled corncie with gold rosettes. The upper floors are clad in tan brick with cast-iron windows enframements. The 2nd & 3rd floors have three windows, with paired transoms above each one. On the top floor, there are only two bays, each with a triple transom above, and separated by a brick pier. An ornate carved terra-cotta panel tops each floor, with dentils at the top, and the building is crowned by a green bracketed and dentiled roof cornice. A grey-painted metal fire escape runs down the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Fragments jewelry.
