7-story residential building completed in 1896. Designed by John Prague as a warehouse, the 2-story base is framed in white stone, with cast-iron infill. The upper floors are clad in tan brick above a cornice with terra-cotta ornament. The facade is divided into two main bays of two windows each, recessed behind the piers, and with thin red-painted mullions separating the windows. At the 5th floor the bays culminate in round-arches with carved heads at the keystones, and cylindrical projectings supported by carved heads on the piers. The top floor also has the cylindrical projections with carved heads, extending up to the roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by R by 45rpm apparel.
