Jardine as a commercial building, its 3-bay ground floor has cast-iron Corinthian columns with fluted bases, while the upper floors have Tuscan columns. Each floor has a cornice with modillions or dentils, and there is a bracketed roof cornice. A very narrow iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade.
