5-story cast-iron cooperative-apartment building completed in 1879. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store and storehouse, it is painted white, with pairs of Doric columns in the center of the three bays, and square pilasters at the edges of each floor. The bases of the ground-floor columns are fluted. There are cornices at each floor, and a white metal fire escape covers the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Georgetown Cupcake.
