5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1878. Designed by John B. Snook as a store-and-loft building, it spans six bays on Spring Street, and has a small 3-bay frontage at 107 Mercer Street. The main facades are clad in dark red brick above white-painted cast-iron ground floors. The windows have stone trim, and a wide iron fire escape runs down the center of the Spring Street facade, with a much narrower one on Mercer. A black metal bracketed and dentiled roof cornice caps both facades. The exposed eastern wall is clad in plain brown brick and has faded remnants of painted advertisements. The ground floor is occupied by Sam Edelman boutique, Splendid boutique, and Pineda Covalin boutique.
