3-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1820 as a house for Mary Boddy, a seamstress. It originally had a pitched roof and dormers. In the mid-1800s, the building served as a brothel. It is clad in red brick, with an arch over the doorway and small stoop, and studio window on the ground floor, above a brownstone basement. The windows, three across on the upper floors, have brownstone sills and lintels, and there is a rooftop garden.
