6-story residential building completed in 1901. Designed by Hill and Turner as a loft building, it is clad in buff-colored brick, with limestone banding on the 2-story base. The southern and northern window bays are projected forward of the four center bays, and have triangular pediments at the 2nd floor. The 3rd-5th floors have splayed brick lintels with keystones. The top floor has round-arched windows with keystones, and iron elements of the roof cornice brackets extending down onto the piers. A black metal fire escape covers three of the center bays. The ground floor is occupied by Helmut Lang, and Theysken's Theory apparel.
