5-story residential building completed in 1872. Designed by John B. Snook as a store and storehouse, it has a 3-bay, white-painted cast-iron facade. A black iron fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed roof cornice.The exposed southern wall is clad in brown brick with a handful of punched windows.. The ground floor is occupied by Carven boutique.
