6-story residential building completed in 1893. Designed by Cleverdon & Putzel as a store-and-loft building, the first two floors are framed in white cast-iron, with brown brick and white stone bands above. Three bays wide, with the center bay on the 2nd floor further divided in two by narrow pilasters. The windows are recessed between the piers, and those on the top floor are segmental-arched. A white metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, and a projecting metal cornice caps the roof line. The exposed northern wall is clad in brown brick with a handful of punched windows. The ground floor is occupied by UGG Australia leather goods.
