6-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1876. Designed by Jesse W. Powers as a store, it is painted white, with Corinthian columns on the 6-bay ground floor, and Doric columns at the upper floors. Central pilasters divide the facade in two. The building is crowned by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Joe's Jeans and Sweaty Betty boutique.
