6-story residential building completed in 1901. Designed by George F. Pelham as a light manufacturing building, it has a grey cast-iron ground floor, with red brick above, grouped into two bays of double-windows. The 2nd floor has a cornice and stone banding across the piers; there is also banding across the top floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the north bay, and a simple parapet with stone coping caps the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Paige denim boutique.
